All orders are reviewed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

United States
Orders ship via trusted carriers such as USPS or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days after processing.

International Orders
International deliveries typically arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your location and local fulfillment center.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other unforeseen global delays.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
You can also monitor your shipment anytime through our Track Your Order page.

❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Orders may be canceled or updated within 24 hours of purchase.

To cancel an order, please email us with the subject line:
“CANCEL MY ORDER”

Address changes must also be requested within 24 hours.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to prevent delays or returns.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item

We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
